Returns.
If you wish to return the item please return to the address below including any paperwork sent with your order and reason for return. Please note the buyer incurs cost of return. On receipt of the item a refund or credit note will be issued , if the goods are received in a resalable condition.

Damage.
If you receive your order and it is damaged , please accept our apologies. To ensure speed of service please forward photographic evidence of damage to amethystce@btconnect.com with your sales record or receipt number, on receipt a replacement will be sent. Please note we only issue refunds for damage if a replacement is not available. Please note damage needs to be notified within 24 hours of receipt. We will get back to you within 1 working day to resolve your issue.
